BPS C5 Product Training

The BPS® C5 meets the needs of small and medium-sized cash centers, count rooms, and back offices within large bank branches. The BPS C5 is a modular, scalable system that fulfills all process requirements with the greatest reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness.

The 4-day training course is for service technicians new to the compact C-series BPS platform. Software, mechanical and electrical system repair and troubleshooting are among the covered topics. After completing the course, participants will be comfortable with the repair and maintenance of the BPS C5.

The Bander Delivery Module

The BPS® C5’s BDM is a new and optional function that benefits cash center processes in several ways. Automated banding leads to significantly higher throughput enabling the operator to process either the same number of banknotes in a shorter time or more banknotes in the given time. In addition, a higher level of automation leads to enhanced security.

View calendar. Click on the calendar to see what courses are offered and available.
Log in or create an account. Once you create your account, you will receive an email with easy instructions on completing your registration. Please validate your account by following the link in the email. Once the account is created, you will be redirected to your “Dashboard.”
Complete the Competency Evaluation quiz. You can access the quiz through the “Home” tab in your Dashboard or by following this link. Follow the self-enrollment steps to start the quiz. Once you have completed it with a passing score of 70, select the “Mark as done” button. Return to the training website.
Reserve your spot. Return to the training site calendar, select the course on the course calendar you would like to attend, and ‘RSVP.’*
Confirmation. You will receive a ‘Welcome to class’ email from the training department.

*If the class you want to attend is full, select the “Request Technical Training” button. You will be redirected to fill out and submit a form. The G+D training team will review.

Training attire is work casual. On Friday’s, Jeans are acceptable to wear.

Non-G+D Personnel: You must log in (Course Enrollment Login) and successfully pass the GDAI Competency Evaluation before you can enroll in a training course.

Required Items for All Training Courses:

– Windows XP, or Windows 7/10 with VMWare Player 12.1 or 15.5 installed – all operating systems should include full administrator privileges.
– Microsoft Office suite
– Adobe PDF Reader
