BPS C4

Description: The eight-day training course is for service technicians new to the BPS compact C-series platform. After completing the course, participants will be comfortable with the repair and maintenance of the BPS C4. Software, mechanical and electrical system repair and troubleshooting are among the covered topics. Included is BPS Connect Casino product technical support information.

 Please follow these instructions to register for this course:  

1. View calendar. Click on the calendar to see what courses are offered and available.  
2. Log in or create an account. Once you create your account, you will receive an email with easy instructions on completing your registration. Please validate your account by following the link in the email. Once the account is created, you will be redirected to your “Dashboard.”   
3. Complete the Competency Evaluation quiz. You can access the quiz through the “Home” tab in your Dashboard or by following this link. Follow the self-enrollment steps to start the quiz. Once you have completed it with a passing score of 70, select the “Mark as done” button. Return to the training website.  
4. Reserve your spot. Return to the training site calendar, select the course on the course calendar you would like to attend, and ‘RSVP.’*  
5. Confirmation. You will receive a ‘Welcome to class’ email from the training department.  

*If the class you want to attend is full, select the “Request Technical Training” button. You will be redirected to fill out and submit a form. The G+D training team will review.
