G+D USA Training Requirements

ALL Personnel:  You must log in (Course Enrollment Login) and successfully pass the GDAI Competency Evaluation before you can enroll in a training course.  Training attire is work casual (Long pants required). 

   Required Items for All Training Courses:
Successful completion of the GDAI Competency Evaluation
Laptop PC with:
Windows 10/11 - all operating systems should include full administrator privileges. (G+D employees without Admin rights will need to use FortyTwo)
Microsoft Office suite
Adobe PDF Reader
This laptop is a service tool and is expected to remain with the student when they return to their home areas
A USB storage medium is required for class.  Please see the list below:
C5 - 32GB USB
M3/M5* - 64GB USB

* For attendees of BPS M5 classes that are covering M EVO and Legacy software, you will need 2 USB drives.

For the best and most efficient class experience, please make your best effort to know:

Which Operating System your BPS machine is currently utilizing (e.g. Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 10, Windows CE7)
What your machine(s) configuration(s) are (e.g. BPS M5-12-33, BPS M3-10L-22, BPS C5-9)
What peripheral devices your site has (e.g. BPS Connect, DEG, Header Card Creator)

Arrival instructions:

Arrive at 45925 Horseshoe Dr Ste 100, Dulles, VA 20166 before 8am on the first day of class
Press buzzer at entrance and stop at security desk
Inform security guard you are here for training and state what class you will be attending
You will be issued a temporary badge (for non G+D employees) that will grant access to the training area
M8 - Classroom 1
BPS 3000 - Classroom 2
M5 - Classroom 3
C5/M3 - Classroom 4
* Most auxiliary classes (NTL, Mevo crossover, BPS Connect) are held in Classroom 3
